As a license-partner, you will sell and build the houses planned by Town & Country. With this you are the contract partner of the customer who you will assist throughout the entire building period. Equipped with our unique know-how, you build the Town & Country houses purchased by the customer in just three months. In doing so, you profit from the one-off delivery terms and conditions of notable market supplies, from an extensive security package, from a guaranteed fixed price and from the experience generated by over 11,500 Town & Country houses. In addition to building, you also have the following responsibilities: - Sale of Town & Country houses through your own promotion and/or external sales advisors
- Carrying out regional advertising and other activities
- Building up of public profile and of the market share of Town & Country in your region
You will work exclusively with Town & Country Haus. Once you are in the system for at least one year, you will generally make an average turnover of €2,000,000. We will be happy to tell you in a personal meeting how much profit you can make from this turnover. If you would like to become a Town & Country license partner, you will invest an upfront fee of €10,000 and receive the comprehensive marketing starter’s package for €1,736. The monthly amount for nationwide radio and television advertising currently amounts to €350 per month. Town & Country Haus does not charge any regular fees, apart from a licensing fee (starting at €2,590) and an advertising fee. (These are agreed on annually with the franchising advisory council).
